Nurse Beyond The Bedside is a space created for nurses and aspiring leaders who are exploring what’s next in the world of nursing.  Founded by Roxane Bobb-Semple, a critical care nurse, educator, mentor, and former corporate healthcare leader. 

We believe nursing doesn’t have to end at the bedside—it’s a gateway to leadership, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and growth.
